What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?

Check whether an example is being mistaken for a guaranteed feature. Avoid making additional purchases based on an unconfirmed capability.

How can I find out whether a special request can be accommodated?

Explain which part of the standard offering would need to be different. Distinguish an essential requirement from a preference you could do without.

What should I check if a product's displayed price has changed?

If a quote has a validity period, check it before relying on the quoted amount. Avoid interpreting a display change as a confirmed change to an existing order without checking.
